Dwayne has a passion for helping others and wanted to help his community by transporting individuals and families to their medical appointments, including doctors, dentists, therapists, addiction treatment centers, and more.

Roundabout was founded with a simple yet powerful vision: to solve the complex challenges facing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation providers. Our founders, with decades of combined experience in healthcare and technology, recognized that outdated systems were preventing patients from accessing the care they needed.
We started by listening to NEMT providers, understanding their daily struggles with scheduling conflicts, route inefficiencies, and compliance requirements. This deep understanding of the industry's pain points drove us to create a comprehensive platform that addresses every aspect of NEMT operations.
